On 30th June, as part of our Measure What Matters project, we will host a side event at the UN in New York to explore the review function of the High Level Political Forum to harmonise existing efforts to track progress on sustainable development undertaken at the global, national and sub-national, and corporate levels.

The discussion will feature a panel of distinguished speakers – providing perspectives from governments, business, NGOs and the UN System – in an initiate an interactive dialogue on the topic.

The event will offer an opportunity to share some of the programme’s research and consultations with business, national statisticians and policy-makers to date. Specifically, it will highlight the inter-linkages and gaps between different reporting frameworks including corporate sustainability reporting indices, national and subnational sustainability metrics and global sustainability frameworks and explore solutions for greater integration and alignment between these different levels of measurement.

The event will take place on 30th June, 13:15-14:30, Conference Room C.
